Circular trail, starting and finishing in Nespereira.

This trail runs along old mountain paths and short distances in more urban environments of Nespereira and Cinfães on tarmac roads.
It starts with a long, steep climb all the way up to the Saint Peter Chapel (São Pedro) at an altitude of ±1140m. From here, there is a long descent to Cinfães, through beautiful mountain and forest landscapes.
In the village, it is possible to recharge energy in one of the restaurants/cafés before continuing the route. On your way back to Nespereira, you pass charming little farmers' villages overlooking the River Douro Valley.
